It’s been three days since I have registered for new broadband connection and it’s not done yet. I have called their executives and they are saying that they will be here in one hour from day one. They haven’t been here in three days. Whenever we call them they give us phone number of some other executive who has no idea what we are talking about. They keep making excuses for not coming here and keep us hanging. I request you to get our connection as soon as possible otherwise you leave me with no other but to contact your higher authorities and use my consumer rights.
